Rebecca Young, 20, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to
assault and battery, and was assessed a fine of $250, 93 days in jail, and three

Isaac Davis, 23, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to
disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $200 and o 90 days in jail. (St.

Larry Vanzalen, 24, of Cedar Springs, pleaded guilty to

George Searfoss, 63, of Alger, waived his preliminary
examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on three counts of criminal
sexual conduct, second degree, person under 13. (Michigan State Police)
Maureen O'Neil, 49, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to
operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,169, 93 days in jail,

Diana Suter, 47, of St. Ignace pleaded guilty to use of
non-narcotic, and was sentenced to 10 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)
Mitchell Gerfen, 43, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to
disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $100 and two days in jail for

Joan Gilchrist, 65, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to
careless driving and failure to report an accident. She was assessed a fine of

Justin Greneir, 30, of Hessel, pleaded guilty to
operating while visibly impaired, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in

Rodney Archambault, 40, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty
to disorderly person, and was assessed a fine of $250, 90 days in jail, and 12

Garland Laverty, 20, of Curtis, pleaded guilty to
driving while license suspended, and was assessed a fine of $150 and 15 days in

Stanley Gugin, 35, of St. Ignace, must spend 365 days
in jail for probation violation.
Mark Schafer, 20, of St. Ignace, waived his preliminary
examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count home invasion
(first degree); one count operating while intoxicated; and one count failure to

Eric Malkowski, 20, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to
operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail,

Candis Johnson, 61, of Pensacola, Florida, pleaded
guilty to operating while intoxicated, and was assessed a fine of $1,100.
