Space Station Over Mackinac Bridge

Space Station is seen as the white steak in the sky.

 These photographs of the space station flying over the Mackinac Bridge last fall were taken by David Rubin of St. Ignace. He has been watching the event again this week and posted a video from Monday, May 11, on YouTube at

The space station can viewed Wednesday, May 13, when it comes into view at 9:38:53 p.m. traveling at five miles per second. The view will originate from the southwest. It may be visible for about five minutes.
