About three weeks after the official start of the 2005 shipping season, the tug-barge Pathfinder was the first freighter to arrive at Port Dolomite in Cedarville this spring, early Wednesday morning, April 6. The vessel loaded 19,500 tons of dolomite from the Michigan Limestone Operations quarry that day.
