North Bay retook the lead in their best-of-seven series with the Northern Michigan Black Bears Monday, April 18, with a 4-0 game-five victory on the Skyhawks’ home ice. The Black Bears, trailing three games to two, met North Bay again in game six at Big Bear in Sault Ste. Marie Tuesday, April 19, to try and tie it up and stay alive for the NOJHL championship.
