Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance: 7:00 p.m.

Roll Call: Present: VanEenenaam, Hudson, Leach, Nordquist, and Cruickshank.

VanEenenaam motioned to amend the agenda to include a proposal for the marina employee wage scale. Hudson supported. All Ayes. Agenda Amended.

Leach motioned to accept the consent agenda as presented with General Fund Bills in the amount of $9,492.19 and Sewer Fund Bills in the amount of $12,121.04. Cruickshank supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Cruickshank, VanEenenaam, Hudson, Leach, Nordquist. Motion carried.

VanEenenaam motioned that Clark Township apply for the Forest Service Economic Recovery Grant that is available. Nordquist supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Cruickshank, VanEenenaam. Hudson, Leach, Nordquist. Motion carried.

Leach motioned to accept the new road agreements contingent upon getting a letter of cancellation for the Swede Road project and the prior Groove Street contract and that our credit memo be applied to these new projects. Hudson supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Cruickshank, Hudson, Leach. Nays: VanEenenaam, Nordquist. Motion carried.

Hudson motioned that Clark Township engage Plunkett and Cooney specialist Jim Murray to review application material for pending resort case not to exceed three hours at $175/hour. Nordquist supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Cruickshank, VanEenenaam, Hudson, Leach, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Hudson motioned to shift ambulance billing to War Memorial Hospital for $5 per run and two percent of the receipts. VanVanEenenaam supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Cruickshank, VanEenenaam, Hudson, Leach, Nordquist. Motion carried.

Hudson motioned to raise cremation rates to $100 during the week and $150 on weekends and holidays. Leach supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Cruickshank, VanEenenaam, Hudson, Leach, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Hudson motioned to have a free dump date on June 4 and some time in July. Cruickshank supported. All Ayes: Motion Carried.

Hudson motioned to accept the Treasurer’s employee wage scale for dock attendants as presented. Cruickshank supported. Roll call Vote: Ayes: Cruickshank, VanEenenaam, Hudson, Leach, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Open Session adjourned at 9:45 p.m.

Hudson motioned to go into closed session at 10:10 p.m. VanEenenaam supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Cruickshank, VanEenenaam, Hudson, Leach, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Closed Session: To consider proposal regarding DPW Collective bargaining process.
