The LaSalle High School Players will stage a Sunday, May 8, performance of the patriotic comedy “Don’t Say No to the USO,” at 2 p.m. at LaSalle High School.

Thirty-six students are working to produce Tim Kelly’s musical comedy, set in a USO Club in 1942. Soldiers and sailors will share the dance floor with club hostesses, but the war intrudes as it is discovered spies are hiding out at the club. Songs include “Jitterbug Saturday Night,” “Spies,” “Don’t Say No to the USO,” “Rat-a-tat-tat That Rivet,” and “Together We Must Stand.”

Admission is $4 per adult, and $2 per student.
