A free home buyer pre-purchase workshop will be available from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 21, at the St. Ignace Public Library on 110 W. Spruce Street. It will provide information about how to assess readiness to purchase a home, how to work with a real estate agent, how home inspections and purchase agreements work, financing a home, budgeting and credit, and basic home and financial maintenance.
