•Scott St. Andrew, 34, of St. Ignace, was found in contempt and probation was extended 12 months.
•Shawn Caswell, 30, of Kincheloe, pleaded guilty to non-sufficient funds check under $100 and was assessed a fine of $50, restitution of $134.67, and six months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff’s Department)
•Bradley Sherlund, 19, of Hessel was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of unlawful driving away of a motor vehicle, one count of operating while intoxicated, one count of violation of license restrictions, and one count of failure to stop at a scene of a property damage accident. •Mark Nantz, 30, of Ages Brookside, Kentucky, was bound over to Circuit Court on two counts of resisting and obstructing a police officer and one count of assault or assault and battery. (Mackinac Island Police Department)
•Michael Campbell, 61, of Marquette, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and operating without license (second offense), and was assessed a fine of $2,100, 12 months probation, 50 hours community service, and 60 days in jail or 90 days with electronic tether. (Michigan State Police)
•Kristopher Scott, 26, of Carrollton, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of marijuana and one count of controlled substance, maintaining a drug house. (Mackinac Island Police Department)
•Stephen Leazier, 46, of McMillan, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He was assessed a fine of $1,600, 18 months probation, 30 hours community service, and 60 days in jail (suspended). (Michigan State Police)
•Randell Powers, 53, of Mackinaw City, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He was assessed a fine of $1,100, 12 months probation, 20 hours community service, and 30 days in jail (suspended). (Michigan State Police)
