Customers peruse items on tables belonging to the mother-daughter team of Carol Binger and Tahnia Cole at the St. Ignace community garage sale Saturday, June 11. The first-time event filled much of North State Street in the late morning and early afternoon hours. Both families and individuals with tables, plus downtown retailers, reported brisk sales during the day and the St. Ignace Business Association reported it was likely to offer the event again next year.
