Holly McNeely-Orr, 28, and Jamie Orr, 25, both of St. Ignace, were sentenced by United States District Court Judge R. Allan Edgar in Marquette Monday, August 22, on charges of theft from a gaming establishment on Indian land. Each had pleaded guilty to the theft charges April 12.

Ms. McNeely-Orr was sentenced to 13 months confinement, 120 hours of community service, two years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $100. She was ordered to pay $8,100 in restitution to the Bay Mills Resort and Casino. Mr. Orr was sentenced to 13 months confinement, 120 hours of community service, two years of supervised release, and a special assessment of $100. He was ordered to pay $11,200 in restitution to the casino.
