Consolidated Community School Services is offering hunter safety and CPR instructor classes at Rudyard.

Hunter Safety will be offered Thursday, September 22, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; Saturday, September 24, from 8:30 a.m. to noon; Monday, September 26, from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Students must attend all classes to receive certification. This three-day program will cover hunter safety, privileges, responsibility, guns, ammunition, first aid, and survival. Instructor is Gary Davis and the cost is $10.

Individuals wishing to become certified to teach American Red Cross CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) may attend Monday and Wednesday evenings at Room 113 (the home economics room) beginning Wednesday, September 28, from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The class also meets October 3, 5,10,12, and 17. The cost is $75. Instructor is Gary Davis.
