Under sunny skies St. Ignace played host to two Straits Area Conference (SAC) events Tuesday, September 27, and Monday, September 26. Mackinac Bridge View Park was the course for eight cross country teams with more than 160 runners and the St. Ignace Golf and Country Club was the site for the final SAC meet of the season for the six teams and 36 golfers. St. Ignace coaches Diane Huskey (cross country) and Ben Brown (golf) did an outstanding job with their events and proved that St. Ignace can play host to tournaments at any level.
