•Scott Templeton, 37, of Brighton, was bound over to Circuit Court on a charge of operating while intoxicated, causing death. (Michigan State Police)

•Lee Campbell, 35, of Lansing, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended. He was assessed a fine of $250, six months probation, and 15 days in jail (suspended). (Michigan State Police)

•Steven Loyer, 46, of St. Ignace, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture of marijuana and one count of controlled substance, maintaining a drug house. (Mackinac County Sheriff’s Department)

•Donald Rose, 32, of Jackson, pleaded guilty to disorderly person and was assessed a fine of $250, six months probation, and 30 days in jail (suspended). (Mackinac Island Police Department)

•Thatcher Goets, 58, of Goetzville, pleaded guilty to operating while impaired. He was assessed a fine of $1,100, one year probation, and 20 days in jail (credit for one, and 19 suspended). (Michigan State Police)

•Forrest Lee, 55, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to weapons /firearms under the influence. He was assessed a fine of $500, 12 months probation, and 45 days in jail (suspended). (Michigan State Police)

•Robert Lorenz, 17, of Moran, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended, second offense. He must serve 30 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

•David Nowicki, 27, of Wolverine, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended. He was assessed a fine of $200. (Michigan State Police)

•Russell Messing, 69, of Ruth, pleaded guilty to insect pest and plant disease violation of quarantine rule. He was assessed a fine of $1,000 and one year probation. (Michigan State Police)

•Laura Magee, 40, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to attempted resisting and obstructing a police officer. She was assessed a fine of $250, nine months probation, and 45 days in jail (credit for 11, and 34 suspended). (St. Ignace City Police)

•Alyce Weber, 41, of Manistique, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, second offense. She was assessed a fine of $1,600, 24 months probation, and 365 days in jail (305 suspended). (Michigan State Police)

•Joseph Snowaert, 39, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired, marine law. He was assessed a fine of $500, 12 months probation, and 10 days in jail (suspended). (Mackinac Island Police Department)

•Alan Bedell, 20, of St. Ignace, was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of controlled substance, maintaining a drug house, and one count of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. (Michigan State Police)

•Odis Wainwright, 33, of Saginaw, pleaded guilty to use of marijuana and was assessed a fine of $1,000, 12 months probation, and 90 days in jail (70 suspended). (Michigan State Police)
