The following dispositions are from 11th Circuit Court in St. Ignace October 21, Judge Charles Stark presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.
•Edward Tallman III, 22, of Moran, pleaded guilty in a sentencing hearing to one count of police officer, fleeing and eluding, third degree, and one count of aggravated stalking. He was sentenced after a pre-sentence investigative report, to 12 months to 60 months and 23 months to 60 months, to be served consecutively. (St. Ignace City Police)
•Lance Chingwa, 29, of St. Ignace, was arraigned on count one of a charge of controlled substance, delivery/manufacture delivery of narcotic (cocaine) less than 50 grams and count two of controlled substance, possession of marijuana. (Michigan State Police)
•Cynthia Harlow, 44, of St. Ignace, was arraigned on one count of controlled substance, possession narcotic (cocaine) less than 25 grams and one count of larceny, $200 or more but less than $1,000. The case has been referred to the probation office for a pre-sentence investigation and a sentencing date of December 9 has been set.
•Tina Briggs, 24, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty in a pre-trial hearing to a charge of one count of controlled substance, delivery/ manufacture non-narcotic (schedule 1, 2, and 3 drugs), and count two of controlled substance, maintaining a drug house. The case has been referred to the probation office for a pre-sentence investigation and a sentencing date of December 9 has been set. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement)
•Andy Briggs, 28, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty in a pre-trial conference to one count of maintaining a drug house. The case has been referred to the probation office for a pre-sentence investigation and a sentencing date of December 9 has been set. (Straits Area Narcotics Enforcement)
•Richard Matelski, 40, of Engadine, was sentenced on the charge of maintaining a drug house. After a pre-sentence investigation report was complete, he was sentenced to one count of controlled substance, maintaining a drug house, and was ordered to pay $820 in fines and costs and sentenced to 11 months in county jail.
