A communications workshop for professionals is planned for Wednesday, January 11, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in Marquette. The session will teach participants to be comfortable giving on-camera presentations, media relations, and public speaking.

It is offered as part of Great Lakes Center for Youth Development’s workshop series for Upper Peninsula businesses and non-profit agencies.

Cost of the workshop is $75. The instructor is marketing professional Darcia Mattson.
