Leslie Morris and Joe Bellant Joe Bellant of St. Ignace and Leslie Morris of Ruidoso, New Mexico, have announced their engagement.

Mr. Bellant is the son of Fran and the late Joyce Bellant of St. Ignace. He is a 1998 graduate of LaSalle High School and is now serving in the United States Air Force as a staff sergeant. He is serving a 12-month tour of duty in Korea.

Miss Morris is the daughter of Linda and Michael Morris of Ruidoso, New Mexico. She is a 1995 graduate of Ruidoso HIgh School and is enrolled at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces.

The couple has yet to schedule a wedding date.
