Coldwell Banker in Cedarville Revamps and Adds to Building

The Coldwell Banker office in Cedarville recently expanded to create six private offices and a barrier-free restroom. The entire interior and exterior of the building was renovated.
The Coldwell Banker Schmidt Real Estate office in Cedarville is putting the finishing touches on its new, six-office addition and remodeled office building.

Office owner and operator John Griffin said the addition to the north side at least doubles the size of the original office building, a historic, 1930s home on M-134. The addition makes room for growth and better reflects the rustic cabin and resort character of the Les Cheneuax Islands area, Mr. Griffin said. The building now has half-log wood siding, a new stone fireplace, furniture, fixtures, and air-conditioning.

A barrier-free restroom was also added.

Coldwell Banker has 24 offices in Michigan and this is the fourth in the Upper Peninsula. Cedarville's branch is the former Smith and Griffin Real Estate office, established in 1978.
