The LaSalle High School Yearbook Committee is hosting “Soup’s On,” a cook-off fundraiser Tuesday, February 21, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the LaSalle High School cafeteria.

Tickets are available from any yearbook staff member, at the door, or by calling Lori Strich at 643-0063.

The cost of admission is $5 for adults and $3 for children 10 and younger. Proceeds go toward the LaSalle yearbook.

The public is invited to enjoy all-you-can-eat soup, rolls, dessert, and beverages. Participants can vote for their favorite soups.

Participating restaurants include The Pines Trading Post, Bentley’s B-N-L Cafe, Driftwood Restaurant & Sports Bar, Mackinac Grille, Rock Bottom Tavern, Firehouse Grill, Village Inn, Truck Stop Restaurant, and the Whitetail Resort. B & C Pizza will provide breadsticks, and McDonald’s Restaurant is providing crackers.

The contest will be followed by a home basketball game against Pellston that evening.
