Where's the heat? This being spring and all, you would think the weather should match up with the calendar, but that's not always the case.

Spring break is on the horizon for many area youngsters, at least in high school and elementary. For most, it will mean sleeping in and watching a lot of daytime television.
Continued speedy recovery to Connie Paquin, who will again be making a trip to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, to Shirley Rooney, who is recovering from pneumonia, and to my mom, Nona Fraleigh, who is recovering from the symptoms of a stroke.
Birthday wishes to Bill Belonga March 20, to a lady whose helpfulness reaches way beyond her little home on Hiawatha Trail, Mary Ellen Stephenson, Bill Hood, and my sister-in-law, Sharon Beaudoin, all celebrating March 21, and Terry Gouza March 24.
Anniversary wishes March 23 to Sam and Nona Fraleigh, who are wintering in Florida.
