Knights of Columbus members (clockwise, from left) Mike Kasper of Cedarville, Richard Schaeffer of Cedarville, and Bob Tunney of Goetzville rolled dough Friday, March 17, before volunteers filled and baked more than 300 pasties at Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church in Hessel. The men were part of a multiphase operation that includes cleaning and chopping vegetables by hand, forming dough, baking, and packaging the pasties for the organization's periodic pasty sale fundraisers. The most recent St. Patrick's Day pasty sale was held last weekend.
