Pickford's Kip Cline Nominated for National Scholarship Program

Kip Cline Kip Cline Kip A. Cline II, a senior at Pickford High School, has been nominated for a National Honor Society Scholarship sponsored by the National Association of Secondary School Principals. He was nominated by Principal Neil Harrison and will complete for one of 200 $1,000 college scholarships to be awarded nationally.

Nominees are selected because of participation in service organizations and clubs, achievements, employment experience, and academic record and are required to write an essay.

Mr. Cline plans to attend Michigan Technological University in Houghton to study environmental engineering. He is the son of Kip and Lisa Cline and he has two sisters, Cheyenne and Kristen.
