Sean Curtis

Sean P. Curtis has joined the United States Army Reserve and will report to Fort Leonard Wood in Waynesville, Missouri, for active duty April 26.

He is the son of Danette Shrader of Engadine and Gary Curtis of Toledo, Ohio.

Chad Fireck

Navy Seaman Recruit Chad Fireck recently completed U.S. Navy basic training at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, Illinois.

He is the son of Jan Fehner of Pickford and Roderick Firek of Goetzville. He is a 2000 graduate of Pickford High School.

Jason Gregg

Coast Guard Fireman Jason M. Gregg is on a scheduled deployment while assigned to the Coast Guard cutter Morgenthau, homeported in Alameda, California. On the deployment, Morgenthau has made deployments to Puerto Vallarta, Guatemala, and Panama. Its mission includes maritime law enforcement and national defense operations throughout the Pacific Ocean Basin.

He is a 2005 graduate of Rudyard High School and is the son of Rosalinda and Dale MacDowell of Rudyard.
