Lady Panthers Record

Seven First Places

Pickford registered seven victories en route to the win with 160.50 points to edge out Cedarville with 156.50, Engadine 126, DeTour 46, and Rudyard 24.

Pickford: The Lady Panthers relay teams won the 400 race in 57.03 and 800 relay in 2:00.56 and placed third in the 1600 and 3200 events.

Caitlin Mortinsen won the 200 in 29.25 and 400 in 1:05.49 and finished second in the long jump and 100. Jessica Ledy won the long jump with a leap of 13'5" and the pole vault with a height of 7'4," and Courtney Brown won the low hurdles in 54.13.

Jasmine Ledy placed second in the 800 and 3200 runs, Renae Reich second in the low hurdles and third in the high jump, Katie Jenkins took third in the shot put and fourth in the discus, Melissa Kucharczyk third in the low hurdles and fourth in the long jump, Stephanie Savoie third in the pole vault, Alicia Bjunes took fifth in the 200 and sixth in the 100, Veronica Gough fifth in the long jump, and Cheyenne Cline sixth in the high jump.

Scott Coullard Pickford Scott Coullard Pickford Cedarville: The Lady Trojans won the 1600 relay race in 4:38.38 and the 3200 event in 10:57.65, the 800 took third, the 400-A took fourth, and 400-B fifth.

Karissa Schlosser won the 3200 run in 13:23.09 and placed second in the 1600 and Kristin Duman won the high hurdles in 18.51 and fifth in the low hurdles, to lead the Cedarville in individual events.

Billie McLeod finished second in the 200 and 400 and took fifth in the 100, Caitlin Wright second in the high hurdles and fourth in the low hurdles, Donielle L a n d r e v i l l e second in the discus and fifth in the shot put, in the high Bickham second in the pole vault.

Jessie Duncan placed third in the 1600 and 3200 runs, Ashley Sweeney third in the 800, fourth in the 1600, and sixth in the 3200, Katie Bowlby fourth in the 400 and fifth in the long jump, Kara Griffin fifth in the 800 and sixth in the 16000, and Emily Feldhake fifth in the discus. Placing sixth were Kacie Simpson in the shot put, Rhianna Milligan in the discus, and Emily Winberg in the 800.

Shauni Rutledge Engadine Shauni Rutledge Engadine Engadine: Shauni Rutledge won the shot put with a toss of 32'9" and the discus with a throw 82'5" to lead the Lady Eagles. Elicia Derusha won the 1600 run in 6:04.50 and finished third in the shot put, Lauren MacArthur won the high jump with a mark of 4'8", third in the long jump, and fourth in the high hurdles, and Kristen Derusha won the 800 in 2:40.72.

The Eagles 400, 800, 1600, and 3200 relay teams all placed second. Jazmin Rodriquez finished third in the discus and fourth in the shot put, Shannon Browning third in the 200, B r e n d a Albrecht fifth in the 400 and 800, and Kristen high hurdles. DeTour: Liz third in the high hurdles and sixth in the low hurdles, and Danielle Weiman took third in the 100 and fourth in the 200, to lead the Raiders.

Amber Burton took fourth in the 3200 run, fifth in the high jump and 1600 run, Christina Stocking fifth in the high hurdles, Anne Goetz sixth in the 400, and the Raiders 400 relay team took third. The 800, 1600, and 3200 foursomes placed fourth.

Rudyard: A. Markstrom won the 100 in 14.07 and finished third in the high jump for the Lady Bulldogs, while J. Hoolsema placed third in the 400 and fifth in the 3200, and L. Mitchell sixth in the 200.

in 18 Events

Pickford boys placed in 18 events to score 145 points, while Engadine took second with 124.25, Cedarville 120.50, Rudyard 85.50, DeTour 13.75, and Mackinac Island 11.

Pickford: Triple-winner Richard Gibson won the 800 in 2:21.54, 1600 in 5:08.82, and 3200 in 11:32.32 to lead the Panthers. Scott Coullard won the 400 in 55.86, the Panthers 800 relay team won in 1:45.50 and the 1600 in 4:04.30 and finished second in the 3200, and third in the 400.

Kip Cline placed in four events, finishing second in the high and low hurdles and high jump, and third in the long jump, Kurt Harrison second in the long jump and pole vault, Kyle Barry second in the 200, Cory Mareski, in the high jump, and Nic Raden, in the 3200 run, placed third, Tobby Kibble fourth in the pole vault, and Joe Jenkins fifth in the shot put.

Engadine: Thirteen individuals placed for the Eagles as Scott Butkovich won the discus with a throw of 116'5", the 3200 relay team won in 9:47.63, the 400 group took second, and the 800 and 1600 foursome finished third.

John Troyer placed second in the shot and third in the discus, Jacob Swider second in the 400 and fifth in the high jump, Darin Emery second in the 3200, and Paul Converse second in the 100.

Chris Keller placed third in the high and low hurdles and high jump, Stefen Albright third in the long jump and fifth in the 100, and Kris Kerbersky third in the 100.

Joel VanHise was fourth in the 400 and sixth in the 800, Brad Visser was fourth in the low hurdles, Nathan Butkovich fifth in the long jump and sixth in the 200, Blake Dolph fifth in the 3200, and Michael Bennett was sixth in the 3200.

Cedarville: Justin Baker led the Trojans with wins in the high hurdles in 17.85 and low hurdles in 45.09, and finished fifth in the long jump. Ryan Duman won the high jump with a mark of 6'0" and the long jump with a leap of 18'1." The Trojans 400 relay team won in 49.57, the 800 and 1600 foursomes took seconds, and the 3200 group placed third.

Jon Abbott finished second in the discus, Peter Treleaven third in the 400 and fourth in the 200, Michael Thompson third in the 800, Kevin Thompson third in the pole vault, Joe Currie fourth in the shot and discus, Clayton Meyers fourth in the 800, and Cory Wellnitz sixth in the shot and high jump.

Rudyard: Mike Chantos won the 100 in 12.15 and 200 in 24.76 and finished fifth in the 400 to lead the Bulldogs, while Isiah Otten placed second in the 1600

and fourth in the 3200, Josh Kaminski third in the 1600 and sixth in the 400, and John Manitowabi third in the shot.

The Rudyard 400, 800, and 1600 relay teams finished fourth, Steve McClendon and Owen McGrath tied for fourth in the high jump, Rob English fifth in the 800, Vontell Fikes sixth in the high jump, and Travis Clegg sixth in the discus.

DeTour: Stan Stocking placed second in the 800, John Miller fourth in the high jump, Max Peterson fifth in the 200, and the Raiders 400 relay team finished fifth.

Mackinac Island: Robert Chambers finished third in the 200 and sixth in the 100, Sam Kamphuis fifth in the 1600, and Woody Beardsley fifth in the discus.
