Engadine Consolidated Schools
Since 1984, National PTA (Parent Teacher Association) has encouraged all citizens to show their appreciation to teachers during the annual National PTA Teacher Appreciation Week. Each May, Teacher Appreciation Week offers the opportunity for citizens to reaffirm their commitment to parent teacher partnership.
Engadine Schools is fortunate to have an excellent teaching staff consisting of eight elementary teachers and eight high school teachers. On Tuesday, May 9, the Engadine Board of Education will show appreciation by cooking breakfast for the staff.
The fifth grade students will be going on their class trip to Mackinac Island Friday, May 12. All expenses for the trip will be covered by the monies made on the pop can drive. The fifth graders have been studying Michigan history and the trip to Mackinac Island is a great culminating activity.
