The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace April 25 and court sessions held at LaSalle High School April 26, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.

+ Chad Helser, 17, of Germfask, pleaded guilty to no valid operating license. He was assessed a fine of $150 or 15 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

+ Wanda Lou Rauch, 51, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She was assessed a fine of $1,100, one year probation, and 30 days in jail (with credit for one, and 29 suspended). (Michigan State Police)

+ Matthew Beaudoin, 19, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was assessed a fine of $1,500, 18 months probation, 90 days on tether, and 365 days in jail (suspended). (Michigan State Police)

+ Carl Rickard, 21, of Davison, pleaded guilty to illegal entry. He was assessed a fine of $500, 18 months probation, 50 hours community service, and 20 days on tether. He pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired and was assessed a fine of $1,600, 18 months probation, and 93 days in jail (suspended). (St. Ignace City Police)

+ Justin O'Neil, 33, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended. He was assessed a fine of $250, six months probation, and 93 days in jail (suspended). (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

+ Teri Vertin, 29, of Mackinaw City, was found in violation of probation and sentenced to 15 days in jail and 75 days on tether.
