She was assessed a fine of $500 and $50 days in jail if the fine is not paid by October 31. (Michigan State Police) + Dennis Breslin, 18, of Rudyard, pleaded guilty to zero tolerance. He was assessed a fine of $500, six months probation, and 30 hours community service.
