Six cases of Girl Scout cookies have been shipped to area military members serving overseas by Cadette and Senior Girl Scout Troop 340 of St. Ignace. Twice as many boxes were collected for the project this year, compared to last year, leader Susan Horn said; boxes were donated by people who bought Girl Scout cookies.
