Thirty-six guns, a 10-horsepower outboard motor, and Nascar Nextel Cup Race tickets are just a few of the prizes people can win in the Portage Anglers Club's annual raffle drawing. Proceeds go to erecting and maintaining public fishing piers and fish planting in the Curtis area.

By matching the raffle ticket's number to the Daily 3 Lotto numbers every Friday, participants can win a weekly prize and are automatically put back in the raffle for the rest of the year. Only 1,000 tickets are available.

Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased online at www.curtischamber. com, or at local businesses. Tickets can also be purchased by calling (906) 586-3454. Winning ticket numbers are updated on the Web site each week.
