Registration is now open at Soo Theatre Arts Resource Studios (STARS) for instruction in movement and dance, ballet, jazz, tap, point and pre-pointe, vocals techniques, musical theater, and opera. All dance classes will be instructed by Dianna George.

Acting for teens and acting for adults will be available as well as Tunes for Toddlers for preschool children with parents, flute class, a musical theater workshop, and yoga for adults. Private music lessons in violin, viola, cello, flute, clarinet, recorder, voice, harp, and piano are also available.

STARS, part of the community theater restoration project, also sponsors several performing groups, such as Singers United, under the direction of John Ignatowsi.
