Cedarville Downs Vikings in Road Non-League Game
Billie McLeod Cedarville Cedarville improved to 4-1 on the season after a 64-42 non-conference road win over Posen Tuesday, September 12.
Emily Feldhake scored 26 points with 10 rebounds to lead the Trojans. Jessie Duncan added 19 points, Billie McLeod chipped in nine, Kara Griffin notched five, Lindsay McLeod and Felica Brant tallied two, and Caitlin Wright charted one.
The combined second and third quarters were key for Cedarville as the Trojans outscored Posen 38-17.
Cedarville held a 13-11 scoring edge after the first eight minutes before increasing the margin to 31- 20 at halftime, with an 18-9 margin in the second quarter.
The Trojans outscored the Vikings 20-8 in the third quarter for a 51-28 a d v a n t a g e before Posen completed the non-league contest with a 14-13 offense edge.

Cedarville junior varsity defeated Posen 47-44 and Brimley 56-15 during the last two games.
Jillian Collins scored 16 points and Ashley Sweeney added 14 in the win at Posen, while Brittany Lee chipped in eight, Kacie Simpson notched six points and 11 rebounds, and Karley Smith charted three.
At Brimley, Jillian Collins and Brittany Lee scored 14 points each and Kacie Simpson chipped in 12 for the Trojans, while Karley Smith notched six, Brittney Kelley tallied five, Ashley Sweeney charted four, and Rachelle Hansen marked two.
