Bulldogs Defeat Brimley and Pellston
Rudyard Bulldogs seniors are (from left) Emily McDowell, Mandy Hesselink, Kelli Koivisto, Corine Ross, Shantel Sorrell, and Tiffany Fashionbauer. Rudyard girls basketball team defeated Brimley 53-47 Tuesday, November 7, and Pellston 64-62 Thursday, November 9, during non-conference contests.

Bulldogs Over Bays
Rudyard pulled away from rival Brimley in the third and fourth quarters to clinch a road victory as the Bulldogs' Corine Ross and Erin Jarvie scored 20 points and 18 points, respectively.
Rudyard held a 10-9 scoring edge after the first eight minutes before Brimley trimmed the lead with a 12-11 margin in the second quarter, for a 21-21 halftime score.
The Bulldogs, however, outscored the Bays 13-10 in the third quarter and 19-16 in the final period.

Ten Score in Win Over Hornets
Ten players scored in the Bulldogs win over the Hornets, during the final home game for Rudyard.
The Bulldogs led 21-8 after the first eight minutes and outscored the Hornets 43-34 in the final three quarters to post the win.
This was the final home game for seniors Shantel Sorrell, Emily McDowell, Kelli Koivisto, Mandy Hesselink, Corine Ross, and Tiffany Fashionbauer.
