Laura Rickley St. Ignace St. Ignace finished third during the Inland Lakes Volleyball Invitational as Saints senior Erica Ahlich was selected to the All- Tournament team by the coaches Saturday, December 16.

The Saints defeated the host Bulldogs 25-21 and 25- 11, and split with Harbor Springs 21-25 and 25-16, and Posen (23-25 and 25-18). The Saints fell to eventual tournament champion Suttons Bay, 17-25 and 11-25, Onaway 23-25 and 23-25, and Alanson 21-25 and 25-28.

The Saints defeated the Bulldogs 25-18 and 25-15 during the consolation match for third place.

Lindsay McLeod Cedarville St. Ignace swept Cedarville 25- 14, 25-22, 25-13 during a non-conference match at the St. Ignace Middle School Monday, December 11.

Trojans 3-9 at Sault

Cedarville completed the Sault Ste. Marie Volleyball Invitational with a 3-9 overall record, while Trojans senior Lindsay McLeod was named to the All-Tournament Team Saturday, December 9.

The Trojans split with St. Mary of Ontario 19-21 and 21- 17, Newberry 19-21 and 21- 17, and St. Ignace 23-21 and 18-21, and fell to Sault Ste. Marie 11-21 and 15-21 and Rudyard 17-21 and 21-22 in pool play. In the playoffs, the Trojans dropped a match to the host Blue Devils 16-25 and 11-25.
