Cynthia Montgomery and Junior Stephenson of Manistique were united in marriage July 15, 2006. The service was performed by Pastor Tim Miller at the Rexton Mennonite Church in Rexton.

The bride is the daughter of Roberta Menominee of Engadine.

The groom's parents are Sunny and Beverly Stephenson of Manistique and Mary Ellen Stephenson of Rexton.

Kathy Livermore of Naubinway provided the music. Rosella Prater of Rexton read a wedding poem for the couple. The bride's brother, Bob Montgomery of St. Clair Shores, gave her in marriage.

Maid of Honor was Jolene Mantie of Engadine. Bridesmaids were Melissa Reynolds of Indiana, Amber Kolomitz of Lake Orion, and Morgan Demott of Shepard was the flower girl. Best man was Mike Demott of Rexton. The bride's brothers, Daniel Menominee of Manistique and Chris Menominee, stationed in Iraq, were the groomsmen. Johnny Montgomery of St. Clair Shores was the ring bearer. Ushers were John Montgomery of Utica and Daniel Stephenson of Clarkston.

Melissa Reynolds made the bridal bouquets and additional arrangements were done by Kathy Kolomitz.

The reception was held at the Bay View Inn in Epoufette, with dinner prepared by Harry and Cheryl Stephenson. The cake was made by Becky Dennis of Cooks.

The couple will live in Manistique. The groom is employed at Rainbow Ron's in Thompson and the bride works at Kewadin Casino.
