Royer Family To Speak August 10

The Royer family will speak at the Rudyard Historical Society meeting Thursday, August 10. Jim Royer, a former 1957 Rudyard High School graduate, will tell stories about Rudyard history and Royer family history. His brother, Ron Royer, and sister, Alice Spring, will join him in providing old-time country music to end the evening.

The meeting will be at the Rudyard Community Center at 18725 South Mackinac Trail at 7 p.m. The evening will include refreshments, a bake sale, and a raffle. The meeting is free and open to the public.
