Area Foursome Places First in Munoscong Seniors Tourney

The foursome of Jim Christensen, Murray Bryant, Tom Newton, and Chuck Hessel were overall winners of the Munoscong Seniors Four-Man Golf Scramble Thursday, July 20.

Finishing second in the first flight were Dave Stapleford, Cladid Hryniewicz, Bob Cacaccid, and Arman Polente. The team of Ed Kosanke, Roger Johnson, Steve

Cheli, and Ken Sheldon took third, and the foursome of Peter Stempky, Dave Fought, Bob Meden, and Denny Jewell placed fourth.

The team of Dan Nieland, Rogers Munson, Dan Johnson, and Chet Wallace won the second flight. The group of Rod Galer, Jim Rutledge, Ron Rutledge, and Dean Wise placed second. Bob Wheeler, Bob Aultonen, Larid Cowell, and Bill

Agnew finished third, and Don Thompson, Ron Thompson, Jerry Nanne, and Jerry Fourtier took fourth.

Winners in the third flight were Roger Jacobson, Jim Williams, Denny Smith, and Rich Cottle. Chum Frazier, Chuck Kingsbury, and Jerry Sorenson finished second. Andre Litalien, Ron Ross, Mike Coulter, and Paul Luomala placed third, and Keith Hill, Jim Wallis, Bill Moore, and George Cairns took fourth.

The foursome of Russ Caskey, Jim DeKeyser Sr., Chico Belonga, and Don Saylor won the fourth flight. Chuck Savitskie, Rex Shannafehl, Ray Nolet, and Dave Kaiser took second. Bill Piche, Harry Pike, Larry Schieader, and Joe Schreader placed third, and Bill Kellerman, Jerry Trissell, John Campbell, and Terry Smith finished fourth.

Special event winners included Arvid Hamilton, Roger Johnson, Jim Williams, Chuck Hessel, Larry Schrader, and Claudia Hrynewicz.
