The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace August 1, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.

 Max Fisher, 18, of Curtis, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and minor in possession. He was assessed a fine of $1,150, 24 months probation, and 365 days in jail (45 to be served immediately). (Michigan State Police)

 James Brown, 53, of Sault Ste. Marie, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of larceny in a building, fourth offense. (St. Ignace City Police)

 J.R. Hutchinson, 29, of Flint, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, driving with license suspended, and open intoxicants and was assessed a fine of $1,169, 12 months probation, and 93 days in jail (suspended). (Michigan State Police)

 Bradley McNamee, 25, of St. Ignace, must spend 60 days in jail for contempt of court. (St. Ignace City Police)

 Hans Edigar, 20, of Ann Arbor, was fined $150 for refusal to submit to a breathalizer test. (Mackinac Island Police Department)

 Lee Anderson, 20, of Mackinac Island, pleaded guilty to minor in possession and was assessed a fine of $150, 45 days community service, and three months probation. (Mackinac Island Police Department)

 James Romanuk, 43, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired (marine) and was assessed a fine of $750, six months probation, and 93 days in jail (suspended). (Mackinac Island Police Department)

 Francis Chingwa, 27, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to disorderly person and was fined $250. (St. Ignace City Police)

 Matthew Yats, 25, of Weidman, pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace and must pay $250 in fines and costs or spend five days in jail. (Mackinac Island Police Department)
