Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance: 7:00 p.m. Trustees Present: Lofdahl, Hudson, Nordquist, Carpenter, Leach Hudson moved to amend the agenda as described. Carpenter supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Consent Agenda: 1. Approval of Minutes: Regular Meeting Sept. 21; Special Meeting Sept. 27, Special Meeting Oct. 4 2. Approval General Fund Bills of $14,425.94 3. Approval of Sewer Fund Bills of 140,529.37

Carpenter moved to accept the Consent Agenda as presented noting the splitting of the Anderson-Tackman bill. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Lofdahl, Carpenter, Hudson, Nordquist, Leach. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved that the township require $100,000 in liability insurance for rental of any township facility or grounds for public or private event and require $300,000 in liability insurance when there is an event where alcohol will be served and that the "Hold Harmless" clause be incorporated into the rental agreement. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Leach Lofdahl, Carpenter, Hudson, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Leach moved to pay Dan Izzard's Barber Shop $32 for electricity used for weed aerator. Nordquist supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Carpenter,

Leach, Hudson, Nordquist, Lofdahl. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved that the town board have the Department of Public Works post the "Great Waters" sign for the EUPNTA grant when time is allowed. Nordquist supported. Ayes: Lofdahl, Hudson, Nordquist, Nays: Carpenter, Leach. Motion Carried. Hudson moved to accept the application for the Wooden Boat Show provided the Historical Association complete the service contract with the township. Carpenter supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Leach moved that Clark Township Board of Trustees support the resolution for a committee to purchase and develop the Bon Air property and to sign the Resolution of Support. Carpenter supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Carpenter, Hudson, Leach, Lofdahl. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved to refer the blight case on Pine St. to Jim Murray to write a letter to come to a hearing to show cause. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved to send the Modigell case to the Township's Land Use Attorney and forego any appearance to show cause or any pleasantries because it's gone on long enough and that the township go directly to enforcement procedures. Lofdahl supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved that the Recreation Committee should follow all of the township's rules and get all pertinent permits that we have to from the township just like any other entity, but that we do not charge the township permits to the Recreation Park. Nordquist supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Leach, Carpenter, Hudson, Lofdahl, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Carpenter moved to advertise for an airport manager in the Weekly Wave for a period of one or two weeks. Hudson supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Carpenter moved to put an ad in the paper to advertise for airport snowplowing bids to have the same as we had last year, but with revised dates. Nordquist supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved to hire Atlas Cleaning to clean our carpet for $261 including travel. Leach supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved to purchase two standard Christmas decorations for $231 apiece. Hudson supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Nordquist, Lofdahl, Hudson, Carpenter, Leach. Motion Carried.

Leach moved to purchase the HP Laser-Jet 1022 for the Deputy Clerk for $230. Hudson supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Leach, Carpenter, Hudson, Lofdahl, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Hudson moved to adopt the budget amendments to move $15,000 out of the Public Works block to the solid waste block for the transfer station.Carpenter supported. Roll Call Vote: Ayes: Leach, Carpenter, Hudson, Lofdahl, Nordquist. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved that the township have an open house on November 8 from 5- 7 p.m. at the Clark Township Hall. Leach supported. All Ayes. Motion Carried.

Lofdahl moved to adjourn. Nordquist supported. Meeting adjourned.
