Tots Try New Trick for Treats on Halloween

Seventy-nine youngsters, most around five years old, took part in Hallelujah Night at St. Ignace Middle School on Halloween Tuesday, October 31. The Book of David was the theme this year.

Several area churches sponsored the event, which was designed as an alternative to traditional trick-or-treating. Church members set up 17 game areas where participants won coupons to purchase prizes.

Stories from the Book of David were read by Dave Davis of St. Ignace. Children received bags of candy after hearing the stories.
