92nd District Court

The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace November 20, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.

• Scott Bousson, 19, of Marquette, pleaded guilty to minor in possession (second offense) and was assessed a $250 fine, 45 hours of community service, and six months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

• Tina Briggs, 25, of Hessel, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated (first offense). She was

assessed a fine of $1,000, 12 months probation, and 93 days in jail (with credit for six and 87 suspended). (Department of Natural Resources)

• Leon Martineau, 41, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to larceny less than $200 and must spend 25 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Andrew Borg, 32, of Marquette, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on one count of assault with a dangerous weapon (third offense).
