92nd District Court

The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace, December 13, 19, and 20, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.

• Joseph Becker, 21, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to controlled substance, use of narcotic. He was assessed a fine of $1,000, 12 months probation, and 365 days in jail (with 30 days on tether). His license is suspended for 60 days, followed by 305 days with restrictions. (Mackinac Island Police Department)

• Kyle Grimwood, 38, of Curtis, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Jeffrey Rozcek, 45, of Gould City, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated (second offense) and driving with license suspended. He was assessed a fine of $1,669, two years probation, and 365 days in jail (with 180 days on tether). (Michigan State Police)

• Leonard Christopher, 51, of Pickford, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended (second offense) and was assessed a fine of $500 or 50 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Christine Stanbrough, 26, of Sault Ste. Marie, waived preliminary examination and was bound over to Circuit Court on a charge of larceny in a building. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Brandon Belonga, 22, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Kenneth Niskala, 26, of Naubinway, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired and was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Tiffany Aragon, 24, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to assault and battery and must spend 60 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

• Eric Shields, 44, of Lansing, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He was assessed a fine of $1,169, 93 days in jail, and three months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Maurice Kee, 73, of Naubinway, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. He was assessed a fine of $1,100, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Mackinac County Sheriff’s Department)

• Catherine Tolliver, 30, of Goetzville, pleaded guilty to failure to report an accident and careless driving and was assessed a fine of $690. (Michigan State Police)

• Donna Sawyer, 35, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to operating while visibly impaired. She was assessed a fine of $1,169, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

• Robert Lorenz, 18, of Moran, pleaded guilty to operating an ORV while license suspended. He was assessed a fine of $150 or 15 days in jail. (Michigan State Police)

• Herbert Graham Jr., 43, of Cedarville, pleaded guilty to assault and battery, weaponsfirearms possession while under the influence. He was assessed a fine of $500, 93 days in jail, and 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)
