92nd District Court

The following dispositions are from 92nd District Court in St. Ignace January 2, Judge Beth Gibson presiding. Arresting agencies are in parentheses.

+ Timothy Schlappi, 46, of Petoskey, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was assessed a fine of $1,000 or 100 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)

+ Brett Lijewski, 35, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended and was assessed a fine of $500 or 50 days in jail. (St. Ignace City Police)

+ Kenneth Shigwadja of St. Ignace must spend 25 days in jail for contempt of court. (St. Ignace City Police)

+ Christopher Bradburn, 19, of Moran, pleaded guilty to failure to comply with reporting duties and was assessed a fine of $250, 93 days in jail, or 12 months probation. (Michigan State Police)

+ Dana Andrews, 59, of St. Ignace, pleaded guilty to possessing over limit of fish, buying or selling such fish, fishing with illegal devices, and was assessed a fine of $1,000, 90 days in jail, $1,000 restitution, and two years probation. (Department of Natural Resources)

+ Michael Williams, 53, of Engadine, pleaded guilty to driving with license suspended. He was assessed a fine of $500 or 50 days in jail. (Mackinac County Sheriff's Department)
