The late arrival of winter and some cold nights have helped ice conditions in Muskie Bay in Cedarville, where an ice shanty village is forming over the frozen water. Brisk angling activity and traffic heading to the ice access at the end of Park Avenue were spotted Sunday, January 28, in the late afternoon.
