Les Cheneaux Schools Celebrate Winter With Carnival

Cedarville High School freshmen David Plank and Casey Sherlund were crowned the Carnival King and Queen Friday night, February 2, at the end of the carnival, for representing the class that sold the most tickets for the school fundraiser.

Shannon Rye Hausler, granddaughter of Sue and Glenn Rye of Hessel, enjoyed face painting, toy prizes, and a shower of beaded necklaces at the Cedarville High School Carnival Friday night, February 2, at Les Cheneaux Community Schools in Cedarville. She is the daughter of Callie, a Cedarville graduate, and Adam Hausler of Petoskey. The event raises money for school activities.
