Dorothy Gamble Dorothy Gamble, 73, of St. Ignace passed away Saturday, April 21, 2007, in St. Ignace.

She was born August 4, 1933, to Ben and Ida Nickel of St. Ignace.

She will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, family members said.

Mrs. Gamble is survived by her husband of 54 years, Duane Gamble of St. Ignace; four children and their families, Bruce and Suzi of Norfolk, Virginia, Jeff and Lisa of St. Ignace, Tami Prall, and Lisa Gamble, both of St. Ignace; six grandchildren, Jeremy Gamble of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Katti, Misti, and Jeffrey Gamble of St. Ignace, Meagan Staton of Negaunee, B.J. Prall of Omaha, Nebraska, and one great-grandson, Jacob, of Virginia Beach. She is also survived by three siblings and their families, Delbert and Judy Nickel of South Haven, Elaine and Arch VanLaanan of Lake Odessa, Gary and Kathy Nickel of Nashville, Michigan, and nieces and nephews.
