Games for St. Ignace youth soccer will begin Tuesday, July 24, at the LaSalle High School field. Nineteen teams, with players ranging from ages four to 14, will participate in the six-week program. Eighteen teams played last year.

For the first time in several years, there will be a 12- to 14- year-old division, which will field three teams.

Games will be held each Tuesday and Thursday through August 30.

Game time for each age division is as follows:

Ages 4 to 6: 5:15 p.m. to 5:50 p.m.

Ages 7 to 9: 6 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

Ages 10 to 11: 7 p.m. to 7:55 p.m.

Ages 12 to 14: 7 p.m. to 7:55 p.m.

Team photographs will be taken at the games Thursday, July 26.

The soccer league is coordinated by the St. Ignace City Recreation Department.
