A Walk for Warmth Golf Scramble will take place Thursday, August 23, at 5:30 p.m. at the Sault Ste. Marie Country Club. The four-person, nine-hole format is open to all, with an entry fee of $40 per person.

This golf scramble is being held to help raise awareness for the fifth annual Walk for Warmth in Chippewa County, which will be October 20. All proceeds will benefit Walk for Warmth, the program that aids those in need of home heating assistance.
