Steven McPhee, a St. Ignace native, has been selected as hotel manager for the St. Ignace Kewadin Casinos Hotel.

Mr. McPhee moved out of the area in 1981 to pursue a college degree at Ferris State University, and most recently worked as the director of events and snow sports marketing at Boyne USA Resorts.

Mr. McPhee started employment with the hotel Monday, July 23.
