Wilma Schalow
      Wilma Jean Schalow of Hessel worked at a meat plant, bank, and newspaper before she met and married her husband. She was a member of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church and the Altar Society of Hessel and she was a Mackinac County officer at the American Red Cross.
