Winter Weather Finally Arrives

Shovels and snowblowers were called into action Monday, January 15, as area residents awoke to a blanket of snow and wind chills hovering just above zero. Here, St. Ignace city employee and resident Derek Packer clears city sidewalks along State Street. Plow truck drivers also were kept busy as snow continued through the day.
