Kelly Townsend

Kelly Kay Townsend, 45, of Zeeland, died Saturday, January 13, 2007, at Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids.

She was born November 12, 1961, in Wyandotte.

She grew up in the Detroit area and in Raber. She has been a resident of Zeeland for many years, where she worked as a forklift operator. Ms. Townsend treasured her family and friends, family members said.

Ms. Townsend is survived by one brother, Douglas Townsend of Waikoloa, Hawaii, and by many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Madelon Florence (nee Voakes) and Robert Francis Townsend.

A memorial service will be held next summer in Raber.

Inurnment will be in North Raber Cemetery in Raber Township.
